Hayley Shula

I am a Wellness Coach and Vibrational Therapist

My personal Lyme story led me on a search for what tempers the nervous system, reclaiming strength and immunity through nutrition, exercise, and energetic healing. By shifting my vision of “wellness” and using potent healing tools of the earth, I re-learned what it meant to live and thrive. Whether it’s chronic Lyme Disease or another imbalance, I am here to support you on YOUR journey back to health.

Rooted in the artistry of sound and movement through my roles as a dancer, music producer and pianist, I enjoyed serving as a professional musician and teacher for 13 years. This deep relationship to sound and vibration inspired me to become certified in Sound Therapy and Consciousness from The Globe Institute in San Francisco back in 2011. Along with my BA in Sociology and Business, this experience laid the foundation to begin running community events focused on inclusivity, social justice, and healing while I lived in the vibrant Bay Area. My interest in vibrational medicine led me to take an intensive course in Flower Essence Therapy at the Flower Essence Society in Nevada City in 2017, and I continued studying nutrition, herbalism, Ayurveda, mindfulness, psychology, bodywork and somatic therapy over the next 4 years. I led workshops using sound, movement, chakra balancing, and flower essences and taught about stimulating the vagus nerve to promote wellbeing. In 2020, I completed a certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga with Collective Resilience Yoga. I fell in love with learning how to resource the body and nervous system to soothe emotionality and boost immunity. The same year I also received a diploma in Personal Training and Wellness Coaching from the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy in Los Angeles, and completed certification with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Using nutrition, detoxification, therapeutic exercise, and the VOICE to heal has become both a personal and professional passion of mine. Come share in this collective journey towards wholistic health!

Shula [ flame

The name Shula means “flame” in Arabic. When daily practice is met with the fluidity and lightness of the heart, we alchemize the inner-flame of consciousness into healing and grace. Any kind of inflammation in the body can propel us to live a more nourishing lifestyle, the flame of experience and sensation igniting a more vast and nurturing relationship to Self.
